Sometimes I take on consulting work.

I take on a small number of consulting engagements at a time, so each one gets proper attention. Most of my work falls into three areas:

• Agentic engineering: getting AI agents doing useful work in real codebases and real teams.
• Software delivery: how your team ships, and what is slowing it down.
• Engineering leadership: a sounding board for founders, CTOs and engineering leads.

I'm building Fuel, an AI software factory, and Vask, a websocket platform, and I've spoken at Laracon US.
